    I am the chairman of Hengguang New Material Company. My name is Li Guang. I founded the company in 2005, and I'm glad you can see my story.

    When I was 25 years old, I was an engineer in a chemical factory, but from a young age I was creative and wanted to create something, and then I chose to leave my original company and started to create my own company for greater development. The first product we put into production was the amine catalyst, which was recognized by many customers due to its technical advantages. We won the award of National High-tech Enterprise, which was a recognition for me and the company.

    In 2010, we developed our second product, stannous octanoate, and broke the traditional process with stannous content ≥27.9% and higher stability. Two years later, we successfully opened the domestic market and Stannous Octanoate became our best-selling product. The high demands of our customers forced us to continuously improve our products to meet their needs. From 2010 to today, we have been steadily supplying Stannous Octanoate to our customers.

    Due to China's rapid development and urban transformation, Suzhou has begun to transform into a finance and service oriented city. Some polluting industries are gradually moving away from Suzhou. So in 2017, I moved my factory in Suzhou to Nantong. After years of operation, the trading company in Suzhou and the factory in Nantong gradually strengthened. The sales volume of stannous octoate reached 1,600 tons in 2018. Meanwhile, in order to meet the needs of more customers, we supply polyether combination materials to solve their foaming problems. This strategy makes our sales continue to increase. In 2019 our sales volume of all additives has reached 9,540 tons. In order to meet production needs, we are building two more plants in Anhui and Hebei. At the same time, we have begun to focus on overseas market expansion, and we hope to sell our most favorable polyurethane additives to customers around the world.
